Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
• The wrong product was delivered

Return requests must be made within 3–7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used perfumes
• Opened packaging (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or discounted items (if mentioned)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days via your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is from our side (wrong or damaged product).
